1. Introduction

Welcome to The RAD Network Members website. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of The RAD Network Members website, member features, games, contests, community tools, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must meet any minimum age requirements displayed during registration or required by applicable law to create an account or participate in specific Platform activities.

Certain contests, promotions, prizes, events, or other features may have additional eligibility requirements. Those requirements will be provided with the applicable promotion or activity.

3. User Accounts

Certain features of the Platform require a registered member account.

When creating or maintaining an account, you agree to provide accurate and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

You may not create an account using false information, impersonate another person, access another member's account without authorization, or use multiple or fraudulent accounts to manipulate games, contests, rewards, voting, rankings, or other Platform features.

Please contact The RAD Network if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

4. Community & User Content

Members may have the ability to post or submit content including comments, messages, photos, profile information, contest entries, picks, responses, and other materials ("User Content").

You retain ownership of your original User Content. By submitting User Content to the Platform, you grant The RAD Network a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, and provide the Platform and related RAD Network services.

You agree not to post or submit content that:

• Is unlawful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or intentionally abusive

• Infringes another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights

• Contains malicious software, harmful code, scams, or fraudulent material

• Impersonates another person or organization

• Contains unauthorized advertising, solicitation, or spam

• Encourages illegal activity or creates an unreasonable risk to other members

• Violates these Terms or any applicable law

The RAD Network may remove or restrict access to User Content that we determine violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate for the Platform.

5. Community Interaction & Messaging

The Platform may provide commenting, messaging, social, or other communication features.

Members may not use these features to harass, threaten, intimidate, deceive, spam, or abuse other members.

The RAD Network may moderate Platform activity as reasonably necessary to operate the service, investigate reported violations, protect users, or enforce these Terms, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

6. Pigskin Picks

Pigskin Picks and similar prediction games are provided for entertainment and community participation.

Members are responsible for submitting their selections before applicable deadlines. Picks may become final when they are locked by the member, when a game begins, when a weekly deadline occurs, or as otherwise stated within the applicable game rules.

The RAD Network may establish or modify scoring procedures, deadlines, tie-breaking procedures, eligibility requirements, and other game rules.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Pigskin Picks does not involve wagering and is not intended to constitute gambling or sports betting.

The RAD Network may correct scoring errors, schedule errors, technical issues, or incorrect game results when reasonably necessary to maintain accurate standings.

7. Games, Contests & Challenges

The Platform may offer games, challenges, scavenger hunts, trivia, giveaways, prediction contests, and other interactive activities.

Individual promotions may have additional official rules covering eligibility, entry periods, geographic restrictions, prizes, winner selection, tie-breaking procedures, and other requirements.

Where separate official rules are provided, those rules apply in addition to these Terms. If there is a conflict concerning a specific promotion, the applicable official rules will control for that promotion.

Attempting to manipulate a contest, create fraudulent entries, exploit technical vulnerabilities, falsify location information, use unauthorized automated systems, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage may result in disqualification and/or account suspension.

8. Points, Rewards & Prizes

The Platform may allow members to earn points, badges, rewards, prizes, promotional offers, or other benefits through participation.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Platform points:

• Have no cash value

• Are not transferable between members

• Are not property or currency

• May not be sold or exchanged

• May be subject to expiration or program-specific rules

The RAD Network reserves the right to correct errors involving points or rewards and to revoke points or rewards obtained through fraud, manipulation, technical errors, duplicate accounts, or violations of these Terms.

Physical prizes, promotional items, event tickets, sponsor offers, or other rewards may be subject to additional restrictions, availability, eligibility requirements, taxes, and official promotion rules.

9. Sponsor & Third-Party Offers

The RAD Network works with advertisers, sponsors, guests, businesses, and other third parties.

The Platform may contain links, offers, promotions, products, or services provided by third parties. Unless specifically stated otherwise, The RAD Network does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites, products, services, policies, or transactions.

Participation in a sponsor promotion may be subject to additional terms established by that sponsor.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes

• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity

• Attempt to access another member's account

• Attempt to bypass security or access restrictions

• Manipulate scores, rankings, points, contests, or game results

• Submit automated, fraudulent, or duplicate entries

• Upload viruses, malicious software, or harmful code

• Scrape or collect member information without authorization

• Interfere with the operation or security of the Platform

• Exploit bugs or technical errors to obtain an unfair advantage

• Use the Platform in a manner that violates applicable law or these Terms

11. Account Suspension & Termination

The RAD Network may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account when we reasonably determine that a member has violated these Terms, abused Platform features, engaged in fraudulent activity, compromised Platform security, or interfered with the experience of other members.

Termination or suspension may result in the loss of access to Platform features and, where permitted by applicable rules and law, cancellation of points, entries, or rewards associated with prohibited activity.

12. Intellectual Property

Except for User Content and third-party materials, the Platform and its content—including The RAD Network branding, graphics, designs, software, videos, show materials, logos, and other original content—are owned by or licensed to The RAD Network and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit Platform content without authorization from the applicable rights holder.

Third-party names, team names, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property appearing on the Platform remain the property of their respective owners.

13. Platform Availability

We work to keep the Platform available and functioning properly, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

The Platform may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, server problems, internet outages, software errors, third-party services, security issues, or circumstances outside our control.

When technical issues affect a game, contest, pick, leaderboard, or other activity, The RAD Network may take reasonable steps to correct the issue and preserve the fairness and integrity of the activity.

14. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

The RAD Network does not guarantee that the Platform will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available.

Information provided through shows, community discussions, sponsors, guests, members, or other Platform content is provided for general informational and entertainment purposes and should not automatically be considered professional, financial, medical, legal, or other specialized advice.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The RAD Network and its owners, affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages resulting from use of or inability to use the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

16. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless The RAD Network and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and representatives from claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your unlawful use of the Platform, or User Content you submit.

17. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information associated with the Platform is collected, used, and protected.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to the Platform, our services, or applicable requirements.

When material changes are made, we may provide notice through the Platform or other appropriate means. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those Terms to the extent permitted by law.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms or the Platform will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts located in Sacramento County, California.
